Estate administration
The legal process to administer a will is not as complicated as most people think. If you are holding the will of a decedent, you have 90 days to file the will with the probate court. In uncontested estate administration, Robert M. Brady, Attorneys at Law, acts on behalf of the estate. We assist in the preparing of the inventory of the debts and assets of the deceased, and assist in the payment of taxes and debts of the estate. The balance is then distributed among the beneficiaries according to the directions of the will.
